Your logs stay out of this website
This website does not collect log uploads. Screenshots and examples use sample data. The Mac app reads sources you select, including servers you connect to over SSH.
Purchases and support
Stripe processes your payment, email and address. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by this website. We store an order reference, Stripe payment references, order status, creation time and a hashed download credential to deliver and recover your purchase. Support messages are handled by the seller.
We process purchase and support data to fulfil your contract, accounting records to meet legal obligations, and limited technical data to secure and operate the service. Accounting records are retained for the period required by Swedish law, normally seven years. The minimal purchase record is kept while needed to provide download access and support. Support correspondence is deleted when no longer needed, normally within two years after a case closes, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention.
Licence activation sends your private licence code and a random installation identifier over HTTPS. No log contents or SSH credentials are sent. The code and signed licence are stored in macOS Keychain. Subscription status is checked with Stripe, normally daily while the app runs, with a signed offline allowance of up to seven days within the paid period. We store plan, customer and subscription references and the paid-through date to manage access and cancellation.
Optional visitor statistics
If you accept statistics cookies, Google Analytics receives page views and clicks toward checkout, basic device information and a shortened referrer. We do not send licence codes, form contents, payment details or log contents. Analytics is not loaded on purchase-recovery or download pages. Advertising features and automatic form tracking are disabled. The legal basis is your consent; reject or withdraw it using Cookie settings. Your choice lasts six months. Analytics cookies expire after 60 days; event-level retention is set to two months in Analytics. Google processes this data as our analytics provider, which can involve processing outside the EU under its applicable data-transfer safeguards.
Hosting and essential cookies
Sites and its infrastructure provider Cloudflare host the website and private downloads. They process technical request information to deliver and protect the service. The essential, secure purchase cookie lasts seven days and can be restored using your recovery code. Optional visitor statistics are described above.
Your language and purchase-country choices are saved in essential cookies for one year. We use the country supplied by our hosting provider to choose the initial language; if unavailable, we use your browser language. You can change it at any time.
Providers and your rights
Stripe, hosting providers and email providers process data needed for their services. Processing may involve countries outside the EEA, subject to applicable transfer safeguards. See Stripe’s privacy policy, OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object where applicable. Some records must be retained by law. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
